Shipping methods and rates:

At Shmigol, we understand how important it is to receive your orders promptly. We work tirelessly with our suppliers and shipping partners to ensure a smooth delivery process. Below is our shipping policy, including estimated times of arrival (ETA) for various countries based on our current logistics and partnerships. Estimated time of arrival:

Australia: 15-20 days

USA: 10-20 days

UK: 10-20 days

Canada: 20-30 days

New Zealand: 20-30 days

Please be advised that at this time, we are unable to process orders to destinations outside of these listed countries. Should an order be placed with a shipping address beyond our current service regions, it will regrettably be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time:

Orders typically take 1-5 business days to process before they are shipped. Processing time can vary due to stock availability and order volume.

Shipping Costs

We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all of the orders for a limited time only.

Order tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your order (when available). Please note that tracking might not be available for all shipping methods or destinations.

Order modifications and cancellations:

If you need to change the shipping address or make any other changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@shmigolpets.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is processed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or other duties. The customer is responsible for these fees, as they are not included in the purchase or shipping price. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If you encounter any problems with delivery, such as delays beyond the estimated arrival times or missing packages, please contact our customer service team. We will work with you and our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
