Validity for exchanges & returns

Sometimes the product is not what you've expected. Therefore, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning it should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the item must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Additional non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that depending on the situation, you may bear the shipping costs for returning the item, which are non-refundable. The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your geographic location. For items valued over $50, we strongly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot assure that we will receive your returned item.
